Missouri’s No Wrong Door (NWD) is working to make it easier for individuals, families, and caregivers to find and access information, services, and supports, regardless of where they first seek assistance. Current efforts focus on connecting partners across aging, disability, and other service systems to improve coordination and transform access to long-term services and supports (LTSS) across the lifespan.

The No Wrong Door Link and Learn Series brings together local partners across systems and populations for regional learning and collaboration. Each Link and Learn event will focus on a topic that supports Missouri’s No Wrong Door vision while creating an intentional space for shared learning, regional engagement, and stronger cross-system partnerships.

Enhancing Person-Centered Supports Across the Lifespan
Enhancing Person-Centered Supports Across the Lifespan is the first regional learning opportunity in the Missouri’s NWD Link and Learn Series. This interactive event will focus on strengthening person-centered practices across the lifespan through the Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) framework.

Who Should Attend?
This training is for anyone who supports, plans with, advocates alongside, or helps individuals and families access LTSS across the lifespan. Participation is intentionally cross-systems, bringing together people with different roles, experiences, and perspectives.

Complete the Regional Link and Learn Interest Form to let us know which event(s) you would like to attend. Space is limited and completing the interest form does not guarantee a spot. Selected participants will receive a confirmation email and calendar invitation with additional information, including event times, location and address details, and other logistics.
Each Link and Learn event will be a full-day, interactive learning, collaborating, and networking opportunity. Participants will have a midday break to grab lunch on their own.

Participants may request a Certificate of Attendance following the event. You will have an opportunity to indicate whether you need a certificate when completing the post-survey at your local event.
