Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation Systems

Building Pathways to Meaningful Work and Opportunity

Strengthening Employment Systems Through Person-Centered Change

Helping people discover their strengths, pursue meaningful work, and build lives of purpose and contribution.

Every person deserves the opportunity to discover their strengths, contribute their talents, and pursue meaningful work that supports the life they envision. Employment is more than a job. It is a pathway to purpose, financial well-being, belonging, and community participation.

The LifeCourse Nexus partners with vocational rehabilitation agencies, workforce organizations, employment providers, educators, employers, and community partners to strengthen person-centered employment systems through the nationally recognized Charting the LifeCourse® framework. Together, we help organizations create lasting change that improves employment outcomes and quality of life.

How CtLC Strengthens Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation Systems

Rather than introducing a new employment program, the Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) framework enhances existing employment, vocational rehabilitation, and workforce practices. By integrating person-centered approaches into career exploration, employment services, customized employment, and cross-system collaboration, CtLC helps organizations support meaningful careers while improving coordination and employment outcomes.
